Your responsibilities:
- Promptly resolve employee problems by ticket system in Jira
- Efficiently manage accounts, workstations, and equipment.
- Procure requested equipment in a timely manner.
- Oversee basic network operations.
- React promptly to incidents and address them effectively.
- Troubleshoot various employee issues as they arise.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with technical documentation comprehension.
- Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with colleagues and creating concise internal and external documentation.
- Experience in Service Desk operations, including taking responsibility for and troubleshooting tickets generated by Icotera employees.
- Experience with IT hardware like laptops and mobile phones.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding basics of computer networks.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and accountability.
