Your responsibilities:
- Provide direct technical support for employees, monitoring, and troubleshooting based on the ticket system.
- Create and manage the lifecycle of user accounts, including closing/suspending when necessary.
- Oversee user equipment, handle tasks such as release, return or replacement, addressing complaints, and ensure proper disposal.
- Manage the procurement process for new IT equipment and software licenses.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Ready to work from the office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Educational background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Self-motivation and effective time management skills to meet deadlines and priorities.
- A supportive and helpful attitude.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and a "can-do" approach.
- Proactive in obtaining information to solve current IT problems.
- Willingness to continually develop skills and acquire new knowledge.
Would be an asset if you:
- Have proven experience in a similar position.
- Possess experience with Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk.
- Demonstrate an understanding of computer networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi).
