Sales Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to support the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help facilitate communication between various departments and the sales team.
- Assist the sales team in managing daily activities, administrative tasks and customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, sales playbooks and other documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support throughout the sales process.
- Communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
- Attend meetings and take notes for follow-up actions.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales proposals and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage (preferably HubSpot)
