Finance Manager

About the job
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Finance Manager at our headquarters in Glostrup. As a Finance Manager you will play a central role in our business being responsible for both our accounting team in Denmark and Poland, as well as our controllers and business analysts across the business, the team today consist of 6 people.

You will be responsible for everything in regards to numbers, from accounting to reporting over budget process as well as the annual report. You will get the opportunity to improve and grow our reporting activities across the business, as well as supporting the executive management team with insights to improve the overall decision making in the busines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal and external reporting
  • Annual audit for the group
  • People management of accounting and control teams
  • Monthly and year end closing
  • Ensuring Financial compliance
  • Procedures and process
  • Budget process
  • Ad hoc analysis and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • You have a higher education in Finance and accounting and between 5-10 years of work experience in a similar job
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 BC would be an advantage
  • You are a self-starter who can work independently striving for results and persistent in achieving targets. You have a strong sense of urgency and strive to deliver quality in your work- all at the same time.
  • You are a team player understanding the need for supporting and collaborating hands-on together with your own and other business units.
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changes and new ways of looking at our current work tasks.
  • You possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written in English)
