Part-time Event & Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and organised Event and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in driving international event execution and written content creation that supports lead generation and brand visibility. This part-time role is perfect for someone with experience in event coordination who is detail-oriented, structured, and has excellent writing skills (in English).
What you’ll do:
Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute international exhibitions, conferences, and account-focused events, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the rest of the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment before, during and after the events.
- Organise and promote online webinars to engage with targeted audiences.
- Handle event logistics, including vendor coordination, timeline management and on-site coordination.
- Develop event-related promotional content such as invitations, emails, landing pages etc.
- Track and analyse event performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Content and communication:
- Manage the external communication calendar and help maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across different channels.
- Create compelling written communication and marketing messaging in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
- Create and publish content for web pages, news articles, product updates, emails, etc.
- Ongoing website updates by maintaining and publishing content.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B event coordination.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills (in English).
- Previous experience in B2B marketing is beneficial.
- Knowledge of SEO basics and CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management or relevant fields is preferred.
