Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse by supporting both daily warehouse activities and coordinating the team’s work. Who we are looking for:

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics 

• Hands-on approach and willingness to perform operational and physical work 

• Strong sense of responsibility and good organizational skills 

• Knowledge of basic warehouse processes 

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations 

• Communicative English (minimum B1 level) 

• Forklift operator license (Category II WJO) 

Your responsibilities:

• Handling warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, loading, and unloading goods 

• Maintaining warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational standards 

• Monitoring inventory accuracy and stock levels (FIFO/FEFO, RMA) 

• Supporting workplace safety and OHS compliance 

• Supervising warehouse equipment and infrastructure 

• Participating in quality inspections and audits 

• Cooperating with external warehouse personnel 

• Supporting daily operations and continuous process improvement initiatives
