I am thrilled to announce a significant addition to our leadership team that will undoubtedly drive our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences to new heights. Please join me in welcoming Greg Pannell as our new Chief Sales Officer, effective February 1st.
Greg brings a wealth of experience from Zyxel where he has held several senior roles over the last eleven years, most recently leading their sales organization in Central Europe, where he comes with a proven track-record in driving business results. With a keen understanding of our industry and a passion for creating positive customer interactions, he is poised to lead our sales and marketing teams to new horizons.
Our current CSO, Erik Søe-Pedersen will step into a new role as SVP of sales with responsibility for a number of customers and prospects across Europe. This will increase our focus on addressing clients needs, plus ensuring increased customer success with even closer cooperation with new and existing key clients. I know that Erik really looks forward to moving even closer to our customers and prospects delivering the Icotera value. Erik will be reporting directly to Greg in his new role.

With Greg at the helm of our sales and marketing departments, we are confident in taking this commitment to even greater heights. Greg will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing strategies that not only drive sales, but also prioritize the overall customer journey.
