    Senior Logistics Coordinator

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of logistics processes, cooperation with customers and freight partners, and supporting production planning activities.

    If you can independently manage logistics processes, make transportation decisions, plan deliveries, and at the same time build strong business relationships, we would be happy to hear from you.

    Who we are looking for:

     

    We are looking for an experienced professional who: 

    • Has practical knowledge of logistics and transportation processes. 
    • Is able to work independently and effectively organize their work. 
    • Has advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query – this is a mandatory requirement. 
    • Is comfortable working with data, reports, and analyses. 
    • Communicates effectively with customers, carriers, and business partners. 
    • Is detail-oriented, responsible, and thrives in a dynamic environment.  
       

    Additionally, it’s nice to have: 

    • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central. 
    • Experience working with Power BI. 
    • Experience in a manufacturing or international business environment. 

     

    Your responsibilities:

     

    • Managing logistics processes from order placement to customer delivery. 
    • Making decisions regarding transportation methods, costs, and delivery lead times. 
    • Cooperating with customers, production teams, and logistics partners. 
    • Planning deliveries and preparing production forecasts. 
    • Analyzing data and preparing reports to support business decisions. 
    • Participating in process improvements and implementation of new projects.
