Network & Support Engineer: Replicator

Your responsibilities
Providing B2B technical support for Icotera's customers, in particular:
- Checking and validating information collected from the customers about software issues reported by Supporter via Jira tickets
- If the information is complete, replicating software issues reported by Supporter via Jira tickets
- Documenting the replication process and replication scenario in the ticket
- Opening tickets to the Development Team to fix software issues once the issue is replicated
- Creating and maintaining their replication lab (Icotera CPEs, main customers’ configuration, additional equipment needed to perform the tasks)
- Preparing for Business Execution Meetings with Sales weekly or upon request
- Preparing and conducting monthly meetings with main customers
- Helping Supporters or Integrators Team in their daily work if needed
Required skills and qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer (or similar position)
- Education field: Computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
- Languages: Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of networking and electronics
- Good knowledge of Linux
- Experience in creating test cases, scenarios and plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers
Would be an asset if you:
- Earned CCNA/CCNP certification
- Have technical knowledge of the telecommunication industry
- Have experience with GPON
- TR-069 platforms, CWMP knowledge
- SIP, VoIP knowledge
