Your responsibilities

- Processing orders from customers and for suppliers (issuing orders, confirmations,
- orders for carriers).
- Arranging and coordinating deliveries to customers from the factory or warehouse
- (contact with factories and carriers).
- Managing the handling of orders in directions requiring customs clearance
- (application of customs procedures and Incoterms).
- Support in daily duties to ensure delivery of quality products to customers.
- Creating reports and delivery plans.
- Coordinating and monitoring the various stages of the supply chain.
- Proposing and implementing procedures in the area of responsibility.
- Effective implementation of changes arising in the organization (continuous improvement activities - making proposals for process optimisation).

Required skills and qualifications

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Knowledge and ability to apply Incoterms rules in practice.
- Knowledge of customs procedures.
- English language - communicatively spoken and written.
- Conscientiousness and accuracy.
- Analytical approach and ability to work with figures and tables.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
- Ability to find solutions rather than problems.
- Ability to coordinate tasks under time pressure.
- A degree in logistics or a related field.
- Experience of working with a production company.
